Tim has over a decade of hands-on experience and thousands of client hours all with a variety of goals and experience levels. Tim works with all age groups with an emphasis on practical training to develop a healthy, safe and effective lifestyle in and outside of the gym.

With an emphasis on progressive fitness, he will create a customized program including resistance, endurance, and high-intensity bodyweight training. Tim’s philosophy is to have every person feel strong and confident in any physical activity or challenge that they could ever want to try.
