When assessing your nutrition, you may need to double check the nutritional value of a food. The USDA National Nutrient Database is a great reference for over 8,000 foods, including fruit, vegetables, and various cuts of meat.
Sprig, created by former Google executive chef Nate Keller, offers up 3 healthy entrees for dinner that can be delivered to your door in many San Francisco neighborhoods. Each plate goes for $10 to $17 and only takes about 20 minutes from order to delivery. Sprig also provides nutritional information for all dishes and it’s a great alternative for a nutritious, healthy dinner when you don’t feel like cooking.
